Chris Wrecza is founder of ExecuSearch Solutions Inc., a Minneapolis-based executive search firm, specializing in the banking sector. Chris’ formation of a premier banking search firm was a natural outcome of his extensive business and banking background. Originally from rural Illinois, Chris attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, majoring in business management. He then accepted a position as credit manager at Norwest Financial and later moved to Minnesota to serve in banking and credit analyst positions with Century Bank (now BMO Harris) in their Twin Cities metro branches.
In 2000, Chris transitioned to the recruiting industry with one of the largest private search firms in the Twin Cities. The firm wanted to expand into the banking sector, and Chris was hired to systematically design a division for searches within the banking industry. He proved to be a catalyst for impressive growth, and within two years, the newly established department was the company’s top-producing division, with Chris as top performer.
Wanting to make an even bigger difference in the banking industry and to improve lives by introducing exceptional business relationships, Chris started his own recruiting company, ExecuSearch Solutions. He pursues his passion for meeting the greatest need of the banking community: the need to staff their institutions with the highest quality personnel as they further enhance their reputations, markets and transactions. Drawing on over 15 years of banking relationships, Chris has an extensive network of top-performing bankers and has developed a powerful process of connecting banks and banking professionals to achieve results, efficiently and effectively.
